Alice Sibbett Capell
Alice Hurst Sibbett Capell, 69, of Kelso, Washington, former Idaho Falls resident and employee of several area restaurants, died Sept. 15, 1994, at Kelso.
She was born Sept. 3, 1925, at Butte, Montana to Len and Afton Lemmon Hurst.
On October 16, 1953, she married Lloyd Sibbett. They moved to Idaho Falls in the early 1950's and made their home there. She and her husband worked at several area cafes, including the Rogers Hotel Cafe, Bonneville Hotel Cafe and Westbank Cafe. Her husband died in 1983. On July 4, 1987, she married Jim Capell at Kelso, and they made their home there.
Survivors include her husband of Kelso, a stepdaughter and a stepson; a brother, Gordon L."Ted" Hurst of Idaho Falls. She was prededed in death by her parents and a sister.
Memorial services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home in Idaho Falls with David Keller officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday, one hour before services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
