Paul A. " Cowboy" Maestri age 79 of of Tontitown left his loved ones May 22, 2009 at Regency Hospital in Fayetteville. He was born April 26, 1930 in Tontitown to Albano and Agnes Pierce Maestri.

He is a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown. He founded PAM Trucking in 1980. He was Mayor of Tontitown from 2002 to 2005, Member of Knights of Columbus, past chairman of Tontitown Grape Festival, member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Finance Committee. He was an avid Razorback Fan and Broyles-Matthews Foundation Member. He enjoyed traveling in his motor home, spending time with family and friends as well as his special friend Checkers his dog.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Beanie Conley, grandson, Andy Maestri and daughter-in-law Lynn Maestri, sisters, Genevive Bean and Grace Wade.

He is survived by his wife Julia Jackson Maestri whom he married February 12, 1954. Three sons: Dean Maestri, Kurt Maestri and Leslie Maestri and wife Linda all of Tontitown: four daughters: Aggie Maestri of Fayetteville , Nancy Baker and husband Kirk and Amy Gibson and Husband James all of Tontitown and Paula Mayo and husband Carlos of Springdale, four brothers: Floyd Maestri of Gilroy, California, Stephen Maestri and wife Dorothy of Ft. Smith, Frank Maestri and wife Evelyn of Fayetteville and Leslie "Red" Maestri and Judy of Tontitown, sisters: Lavinia Zulpo, Mary Vaughan and husband Bruce all of Springdale. Loved by his many grandchildren, Matt and Jesse Maestri, Kaleb and Kasey Maestri, Brannon Pack, Lindsey Maestri, Roxie Olsen, Katie Drake, Crystal Templeton, Levi Thomas, Justin Watkins, Cruz Conley, Chassie Brooks, Stevie Marsh, Briar Baker, Rebel Berry, River Berry , Ryder Berry, Kelcie Jo Mayo and Brayden Mayo and Twenty-Three great grandchildren.

Rosary will be 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown, Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown with Monsignor James Mancini officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Pallbearers are; Levi Thomas, Kaleb Maestri, Matt Maestri, Brannon Pack, Daniel Olsen and Brant Drake. Honorary pallbearers are C.R. Kidd, Bill Ball, Moose, Butler, Cajun Gilubeau.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.
