Ethel Blanche Bell, 75, of Twin Falls died on March 8, 1999 at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 23, 1923 in Moodys, Oklahoma, the daughter of Claud and Elsie (Smith) Shrum. She married Howard Bell on March 25, 1945. She is survived by her husband, Howard, of the home; two sons, Larry Bell of Beaverton, Oregon and Steven Bell of Spokane, Washington; two sisters, Exie Shafer of Castleford and Edna Johannsen of Burley; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Carl Glen Shrum. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at White Mortuary with Rev. Gene Kissinger officiating. Burial will follow in West End Cemetery in Buhl.
