ELIZABETH ROUSE PASSES
Funeral services for Elizabeth Rouse were held at 1 oclock, Monday afternoon, at the Pleasant Grove Presbyterian church with Rev. Fred Magley officiating. Her death followed an extended period of ill health, her decline being steady since the breaking of a hip a year ago. Eighty three years of age, she was a daughter of the late Levi and Charity Scott Rouse. A daughter, Lena, wife of Roy Bamfield, of Canton, who have been here assisting in her care; two brothers, Edwin of the home and the Joseph of nearby the home; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren, survive. She was a member of the Hopewell Methodist church. Interment was made at Ebenezer.
