Thomas "Allen" West is buried next to his maternal grandparents, William Allen and Mary Luisa Allen. All three graves are marked and are next to the plots where his parents, Jefferson Adams West and Laura Imogene Allen West are buried in an unmarked plot. Allen has significant physical and mental disabilities. He was however, able to work for Borden Milk for numerous years. He had a caregiver most of his life. He died in the Old Waco Hotel which had been converted to a nursing home.
