Ada B. Albro, 85, of Temple died Friday, Oct. 30, in a local nursing home.
Services will be 3 p.m. today in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with the Rev. Weldon Hicks and the Rev. Josh Albro officiating.
Mrs. Albro was born on Feb. 15, 1924, to Clarence Christian and Mable Sutton Boss in Louisville, Ky. She graduated from Shawne High School in Louisville and attended college. She married Hank Albro on Nov. 22, 1948, in Louisville. She owned and operated the House of Tax in Temple for 35 years and was an Enrolled Agent Practicing I.R.S. She was an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Temple and a member of the Vashti Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband and a grandson.
Survivors include a son, Larry Albro of Temple; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lloyd Taylor Ministries, P.O. Box 1035, Van Horn, Texas 79855.
