Harold H. Stewart, 71, of Highland, died Saturday, Nov. 17 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Highland. He was a retired civilian fireman at Scott Air Force Base. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Pocahontas, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dot Rea Stewart of Highland, a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Betty) Bohn of Highland, a brother, Melvin Stewart of Pocahontas and two sisters, Mrs Lloyd (Velma) Letz of Alhambra and Mrs. Robert (Jean) Miles of Maroa, Ill. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov 20 at the Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland. Burial will be in the Highland City Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Heart Fund. The Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home, Highland, handled arrangements.
