D. Edward Fisher was born D. Edward Robison and adopted by Dr. Dennis E Fisher MD
D. Edward Fisher passed away at the Everett Hospital on August 20, 1936. He was taken to the hospital on Monday, August 17, when he was operated on for appendicitis. His illness was very brief, as he was seen at his usual work within a day or two of his leaving. While his health has been poor all summer, he was making his home for a time with David Sipes as they were living on his farm known as the Hessler farm.
Edward was born May 3, 1896, age 40 years, 3 months and 17 days. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary E. Robinson of Lebanon, Pa., and his sister, Mrs. Anna E. Peirce of East Lansdowne, Pa. and a brother, William S. Robinson III, Philadelphia, Pa.
Funeral services were conducted from the home of S. L. Wink, executor of his estate, funeral sermon was preached in the Baptist church at Needmore by Elder Arlie Garland of Washington, D.C., assisted by Rev. B. E. Waltz of Needmore. Interment in the Green Hill cemetery at Martinsburg, W.Va.
