Rhonda was born to Ronald James and Mary (Williamson) Deulen. Rhonda was a lifelong resident of Republic and graduated from Republic High School.

Rhonda was a loving person and never met a stranger. She enjoyed antiques and working in real estate. But most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her daughters who were the love and joy of her life.

She worked as a Communications Officer at the Springfield Police Department and Missouri State University Public Safety before entering the real estate profession.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald James Deulen, in 1983, and her grandparents, Edward J. and Thelma A. Williamson, and Leo F. and Fay E. Deulen. She is survived by her two daughters, Jessica Marie and Jamie Elizabeth Aiken, and their father, Jason Aiken; her mother, Mary Deulen McElhany and her husband, Don, Republic; a brother and wife, Gary Lee and Kim Deulen, Caldwell, Idaho; a sister and husband, Teri Elizabeth and Mike Hughes, Republic; and three nephews, Travis Deulen, and Scott and Joshua Hughes.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at Meadors Funeral Home, Republic. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Jessica and Jamie Aiken Educational Fund.
