Rebecca Lee "Becky" Romero, age 48, of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in Mena.
She was born February 17, 1961 in Mena, Arkansas to Patrick and Retha Reynolds Romero. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, homemaker, and friend.
She is survived by:
Parents; Patrick and Retha Romero of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas
Daughter: Crystal Vick and husband Daniel of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas
Granddaughters: Jocelyn and Erica Vick
Sisters: Ellen Perkins and husband Jim of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas Melinda Davis of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas
Brother: Randy Romero and wife Tammy of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas Numerous other relatives
She was preceded in death by her son, Eric Shipp and her grandson, Cory Vick.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Hillside Cemetery at Sulphur Springs. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
