Most beautiful and impressive were the services in honor of Clyde Frazier at the Friends church, Saturday afternoon. The body was laid to rest at Mill Creek. The American Legion quartet sang and Mrs. Harold's words were most comforting. Clyde Frazier was one of the fine young men who have gone into the world from this community and made good. He was born November 24, 1896. He graduated from Danville high school with the class of 1916. He spent a year at West Point and then was with the Davis Tree Company for two years. He then entered the employ of Western Electric Company and was with them for over seven years until his health failed. He had a high rating as an efficient man on the company's force. His death was untimely and the sympathy of the community goes to the father and the brothers and sister and to his betrothed, a young lady from Cleveland, whose sorrow was so pathetic. Clyde Frazier will long be kindly remembered here and the numerous floral offerings showed in what esteem he was held. [February 24, 1927 Republican]
