Diane Helene Marshall, 48, of Citrus Heights, was struck in the southbound lanes just south of Cobalt Way shortly before 7 p.m.
Diane was the mother of 3 kids, Andrew, Lauren & Bella.
She had the most giving spirit in anyone I have ever met and the best sense of humor and style. Her laugh was contagious and she was always laughing. She was one of 8 children. She had 6 sisters and one brother and she was the 4th born in our family. She will be greatly missed to no end!
