Charles H. Housh, 88, Topeka, died at his home December 13, 2004. He was born Jan. 14, 1916, near Winchester, the son of Charles and Zella M Connelly Housh. He attended school at Winchester and graduated from high school at Easton. Mr. Housh was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II having served in Europe during the war. After the war he returned to Kansas and married Margaret Cobb in 1946 in Atchison. She survives of the home. Charles will be remembered as a musician and entertainr for meny years on the radio and T V. He was also a truck driver for Fleming's before retiring. Other survivors include a sister, Merle Lasiter, Valley Falls. Funeral services will be at 1 p. m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at Davidson Funeral Home, Topeka. Interment will follow in Ozawkie Cemetery.
