KEVIL — Wanda M. Hargrove, age 81, died at her home Monday morning at 3:05 a.m.
Wanda was a member of Kevil Baptist Church. She was a member of Ballard County Homemakers Club. She and her husband belonged to Wirl Ways Square Dance Club for 27 years. She spent every winter in Okeechobee, Florida, with her husband Joe for 27 years.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 66 years, Joe Hargrove of Kevil; two sons, Gary Hargrove of Kevil and Mike Hargrove and his wife Carol of Wickliffe; three grandsons, one grandaughter, two stepgrandsons, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Emma Elizabeth Morris; two sisters, four brothers and one grandson.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Barlow Cemetery with the Rev. Stewart Strickland officiating. Interment will follow in the Barlow Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center.
