The Stephen Holston Chapter, SAR,
celebrated the life and service of
Private Thomas Atchley. They invited
any of his descendants to attend and
many did. The celebration was held Oct.
2, 2012 at 11:00 am. It took place at
the Alder Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The service was beautiful and very touching
to all who was there. The pictures taking
of the ceremony is very nice and colorful.
