MUSCODA - Lois Ann Barrett, age 49, died unexpectedly of an apparent heart attack on Tuesday, July 14, 1981, at the Riverdale Manor, Muscoda. She was born on January 23, 1932, in Boscobel, Wisconsin, the daughter of Purl and Shirley (Habel) Barrett. Surviving are three brothers, Richard of Muscoda, Purl of Richland Center, and Paul of Edmund; seven sisters, Mrs. Velma Weadge of Muscoda, Mrs. Evelyn Ewing of Belmont, Mrs. Ole (Mildred) Seim of Boscobel, Mrs. Richard (Dorothy) Kolman of Muscoda, Mrs. John (Leona) Pulvermacher of Sun Prairie, Mrs. Jack (Hazel) Adams of Middleton, and Mrs. Delmar (Betty) Rasmusson of Dickeyville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Clifford; and a sister, Esther Jones. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 16, at 11 a.m. at the Blue River Valley Church, Muscoda. Reverend Charles Pedersen will-officiate. Burial is at the church cemetery. Friends may call at the GODAGER FUNERAL HOME, Muscoda, on Wednesday, July 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. and at the church, on Thursday, from 10 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Blue River Valley Church.
