Rites in Hillsboro For Former Itascan

Last rites for Mrs. Mollie May Taylor, 74, who passed away at 3:30 PM Monday, Jan 30, at her home, 513 Gould St. in Hillsboro, were conducted at 1:30 PM Wednesday from the Marshall and Marshall Chapel in that city.

Born in Mississippi, Mrs. Taylor came to Texas at the age of three, locating near Itasca.

On Nov. 6, 1904, she was married to E. J. Taylor. During most of their married life Mr. and Mrs. Taylor lived in Itasca and Hillsboro.

Mrs. Taylor was a member of the East Elm Street Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Fred Taylor of Blum, and Eldredge Taylor of Hillsboro, two daughters, Mrs. Gertie Lee Harcrow and Mrs. Beatrice Faulkner, both of Hillsboro; 23 grandchildren; one brother, Lewis Crow, of Maypearl; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Boulin of Houston, and Mrs. Alice Day of Itasca.
