LEONARD — Funeral services for Theda Faye Flanagan Creech, 82-year-old Leonard resident, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral chapel at Leonard. Charles Wrenn will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Leonard Cemetery.
Family visitation is from 6:30 until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Creech died Jan. 10, 2010, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Born April 26, 1927 in Leonard, daughter of Carl and Georgia Rushing Flanagan. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Leonard.
She married Archie B. Creech on June 9, 1945, at Leonard; he preceded her in death on Aug. 13, 1998.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and John Diani of West Point, Utah; her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Don and Cathie Creech of Leonard and Mike and Rebecca Creech of Sherman; her sons, Jack Creech of Whitewright and Dwight Creech of Sherman; her sister, Betty Kuhn of Leonard; 10 grandchildren, Ronnie Koinm of Weatherford, Chris Jester-Diani of Ogden, Utah, Kelly Jester-Diani of West Point, Utah, Michelle Price of Denison, Jennifer Creech and Stephani Creech of Sherman, Texas, Brittnea Creech of Gunter, Kaitlyn Creech of Sherman, Jeremy Creech and Austin Creech of Leonard; her nine great-grandchildren, Jessika Koinm of Weatherford, Sierra Gray. Ashlie Parrish and Cameron Price of Denison, Aja Jester of West Point, Utah, Mikayla Wilson of Sherman, Jessica Helm and Michael Helm of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Alan Helm of San Diego, Calif.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Dean Creech; her grandson, Larry James Creech; her granddaughter, April Dawn Creech and brothers Wilson Carl Flanagan and William Ervin Flanagan.
