Laura Lucille Bybee, of Meridian, Idaho, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, December 27, 1999.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, December 30th, at the Alden Waggoner Funeral Chapel. Private burial will be at Joplin Cemetery.

Lucille was born April 28, 1924, at Boise, Idaho to Oscar Lee and Gladys Glen Pierce. She attended Franklin School in Boise. She married Burgess Doyle and they had four children, Richard Lee Doyle, Linda Joan Brower, Stanley Doyle and Ronnie Lynn Doyle.

She married Charles Bybee on January 6, 1960. They had one son, Larry Bybee.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee, her mother, Gladys, a brother Leonard Titmus, a son, Richard Lee Doyle, and her daughters, Linda Joan Brower and Ronnie Lynn Doyle.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Bybee of Meridian; her son from her first marriage, Stanley Doyle; her son from her second marriage, Larry Bybee and his wife, Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Joe Doyle, Lorna Akers, Trisha Doyle, Lorrie Brower, Danny Brower, and Natasha Bybee; thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren, her sister-in law, Shirley Titmus; her brothers, Edwin Lee Pierce and his wife, Marjorie, and Glenn Ray Pierce and his wife, Josie; her sister, Lois Marie Obenchain and her husband Fred; and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Alphonsus Medical Center and Life Care Center for the loving care you showed my wife, mother, grandmother and sister while in your care.
