He was born Jan. 31, 1981, in Parkersburg, the son of Gary and Becky Cline. He was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and served as the president of the Youth Group.

Nathan was a 1999 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a member of the National Honor Society. He attended the School for Film and Television in New York City where he lived for five years. He was a member of the Young Artists Inc. and the Screen Actors Guild. He loved to make people happy with his many talents, including writing stories and acting. He wrote, directed and starred in his award-winning play "Once Upon a Time in Paris."

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Amy Sayre and her husband, Rod, and Dena Morton and her husband, Bret, all of Mineral Wells; three nieces and one nephew, Madison and Breanna Sayre and Hali and Seth Morton, all of Mineral Wells; two grandparents, Vada Cline and Harold McFee, both of Parkersburg; and a loving extended family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jim Cline, and maternal grandmother, Betty McFee.
