I contacted the office at Ocean View and there was no record of his burial at Ocean View, Sunset Memorial or St. Bernard's cemeteries. I also made contact with the Fortuna Cemetery District and the office confirmed that he was not buried in the district's cemeteries which include Fortuna, Rohnerville and Hydesville.
Jody, City of Cokeville, confirmed that he was buried in the Cokeville Cemetery and his grave was unmarked. His exact location in the cemetery is unknown.
My mother, Velda (Branson) Abrahamson, and I made arrangements to have a headstone installed for my great uncle Dave; installation was completed on August 5, 2015.
