JONAH GARFIELD PATTON , 99, of Memphis, retired employee of Peabody Speech and Hearing Center, died of heart failure Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. R.S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville.
Mr. Patton, the husband of Cornelia Bolerjack Patton , leaves two daughters, Helen Cook of Memphis and Dorothy Edwards of Tyler, Texas, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
