Obituary:
Mary E. Stevens died Friday, October 26, 2012 at the age of 71. She was born November 20, 1940 in Angola, Indiana, the daughter of Russell and Marie (Short) Wheaton. Mary attended Pilgrim United Methodist Church and sewing, painting, cooking, baking and flower gardening are just a few of the many interests she enjoyed. Surviving is her husband, Pete; one daughter, Donna (Tom) Jameson of DeWitt; two granddaughters, Nicole and Kelly Jameson; one sister, Phyllis Miller of Indiana and one brother, Roger Wheaton of Louisiana. She was preceded in death by two sons, Mike in 1975 and Kelly in 1989. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 29, 2012 at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns, 989-224-4422 with Pastor Brian Sheen officiating. Interment will follow at Eureka Cemetery.
