Colvin, John C., Clarendon, p.o. Clarendon Springs, was born in Clarendon February 20, 1846, is a farmer and owns one hundred and fifteen acres. He has been constable and collector of Clarendon eight years, in succession, and town representative in 1876, is now justice of the peace. His parents were Linus F. and Caroline [Youngs] Colvin, of Tinmouth. He was married February 25, 1881 [sic, 1880] to Eunice H. Tubbs, a daughter of Daniel and Emily [Hill] Tubbs, of Clarendon. They had three children; Carl C., Carrie L. and John Cleveland.
