    Age 81, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2001, at Provena Villa Franciscan. Late of Shorewood, formerly of Coal City. She was a member of numerous women's organizations.

    Beloved wife of the late Fred W. Rolando; dear mother of Warren (Mary) Rolando and Rosalind (the late Kenneth) Bergman; special friend to Mike Hicks of Summerville, SC; loving grandmother of Beth (Charles) Thomas, Leon (Jayne) Bergman, Mary Kay (Dolph) Young, Larry (Kathy) Leach, Cherie (Kevin) Dobbin, Toni Rolando and Cindy Rolando; great grandmother of 13; sister of Robert (Una) Briggs, Betty (Ben) Spisak, Eleanor (the late Frank) Wenckus, Marjorie (Dan) Lamping, Merle (Eleanor) Briggs, Arthur (Barbara) Briggs, Geraldine (Les) Williams and the late Geneva (late James) Shaw and the late Bill (Joan) Briggs; also many nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services will be held at the Grant-Tapella-Freitag Westwood Memorial Chapel on Saturday, March 3, 2001, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Lamping officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
