In 2013, this headstone was stolen by and recovered from gravestone thief Christopher Kelly of Portland.
Fortunately, the headstone and base were repaired and returned to their original location. We (Carrie and Allen) finally had a chance to personally see the restored monument in 2020 and add GPS to the memorial page.

Although the headstone clearly states that Oley is a "Son", the 1900 Census records "Olie" as a daughter born 1895 (not 1896 as the headstone calculation yields).
