Mrs. Frances W. Brooks Dies At Parent's Home

Mrs. Frances W. Brooks died at 2:45 Sunday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. T. Paulson, 403 No. Greenwich Street, following a two weeks' illness.

The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Mayer Funeral Home, Rev. Warner Johnson of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. The casket will be open to friends at the Mayer Funeral Home until the hour of the funeral.

Frances W. Paulson was born in Mona. Ia., Dec. 29, 1907. She came to Austin with her parents 10 years ago. She was married to Harold J. Brooks in September, 1926.

She is survived by two children, Constance Elaine, aged three years, and Lynn Harold, two years; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. T. Paulson; five sisters, Mrs. Walter Roberts of Menahga, Mrs. Arnold Hogan of Austin, Mrs. Harvey Patten of Newport, Mrs. T. G. Safranek of Austin and Nora of Rochester, and three brothers, Leo of Cedar Rapids, Ia., and Alvin and Ollien of Austin.
