Ralph C. 'Bud" Fielder Jr., 86, Hobart, passed away Monday, December 23, 2013, at Elkview General Hospital in Hobart, Oklahoma. He was born on November 9, 1927 in Carlton, Oklahoma to Ralph Sr. and Beatrice (Carvey). Ralph married Nola Allen on January 21, 1948 in Texas, she preceded him in death March 31, 1982. Ralph married Ruby Frances Taylor in January 1986, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she is preceded him in death on March 13, 2009. He was an electrician with Civil Services on Tinker Air Force Base many years before retiring in 1980. Ralph was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by one daughter: Judy Garrett, Yukon, OK; one step-son: Larry Jesse James, Hobart, OK; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nola (first wife), Ruby (second wife), five sisters, one brother, two nieces.
