He resided in Chittenden County, Vermont prior to the war.
He enlisted in the Army on October 4, 1941, prior to the war, at Camp Langdon, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Farm Hand and also as Single, without dependents.
Rudolph died in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident during the war.
