Levi Lewis Ingalls, 20 years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Ingalls, died Feb. 19, 1925, at their home on the farm known as the oId Lewis place five miles north of Brookfield. He had an operation for an abscess on a lung, about two years ago, and had not been in good health since. About two weeks ago he had hemorrhages of the lungs, failing till the end.
The funeral Was held Saturday at one o'clock at the home when Rev. K. L. Combs spoke words of comfort to the bereaved family. The body was placed in the vault of Brookfield cemetery.
Besides his parents he is survived by three brothers, James L., Paul H. and Wallace H.; and three sisters, Mrs. Florence Wheeldon, of Sioux Falls, S. D.; Mrs. C. L. Jaquay, of this place, and Mrs. Vena Orcutt, of Bridgewater.
