D.A.R. Ancestor #A042168
Service: Vermont (Newfane, Windham Co.)

Service Description: 1) Capt. John Burt, Col Samuel Fletcher, Militia

Son Ephraim Fuller was also a Revolutionary War Veteran: D.A.R. Ancestor #A042216; Private, Massachusetts

Both military rank and birth year inscriptions on gravestone are incorrect; vital records from Stow, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts (shown to right) state that Benjamin Fuller was born 11 Feb 1741/42. His service record (NARA M881, COMP MIL SERV RECS, ROLL #893) confirm he entered and left military service as a Private.

Note: Inscribed birth year and rank for Benjamin Fuller are incorrect on stone obviously created long after interment of those memorialized; mention of first wife Anna Blood is "in memorium only" thus a cenotaph as she died in Concord, burial unknown.
