September 19, 1947 - December 16, 2005 Jim St. Germain passed away on Friday afternoon, December 16th after a long struggle with cancer. A native of Seattle, Jim was born to Virginia and Robert St. Germain. He grew up on Queen Anne Hill, attending St. Anne's Parish and school. After graduation, he joined the Peace Corps, serving in Afghanistan before returning home to Seattle where he began a 33 year career in the Seattle Community Colleges. He began his employment in the Registrar's Office at the North Campus. Within a short time he joined the Administration Services Offices, eventually becoming the Director of Administration Services. In 1994 Jim assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer.
