Birth: May 15, 1913
Comal County
Texas, USA
Death: Jul. 14, 2000
Travis County
Texas, USA

His ashes are interred between his father E.S. Allen and his brother Billy, with Jess on Billy's other side.

He was always in motion, even if he was slowed down in later years. He took care of his mom and his sister Dollie and his wife, children and grand children as best he could. Being flat-footed, they didn't take him to fight in WW II. He loved getting out of the house and visiting his friends out at the bars where he'd play shuffleboard- and win. He liked home-made potato soup and pink party cake from HEB.

He was our foundation.

In WWII, they didn't take him because he was flat-footed.
