He married Olga Schaefer on Aug. 15, 1937 at Nampa where they made their home. He began working for the P.F.E. Shops in Nampa in 1937 and retired in 1974 as a carman.
He is survived by his wife of Nampa; a son, Johnny W. Coble, Rupert; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Carol) Brattin, Nampa; a brother, Chester Coble, Reno, Nev.; two sisters, Mrs. James (Mary) Shaw, Bangor, Penn., and Mrs. Wesley (Irene) Fry, Boise; four grandchildren and a great-grandson. He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
