Lance William Clark (Platt), 15, of Tempe, AZ, passed away on January 17, 2006 at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, from complications of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey A. Platt of Aurora and Amber (Clark) Crouch of Tempe, AZ; brother, Joey Crouch of Atlantic City, NJ; paternal grandparents, William and Sharon Platt of Aurora; maternal grandparents, Sharon and James Carter of Fenton, MI; great-grandparents, Clarence and Marie Roth of Aurora; aunts, Monica (Paul) Rathman of Oswego and Julie Platt of Aurora; uncles, Matthew Clark of Warrenville and Anthony (Becky) Clark of MT; as well as several great aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Clark.Allen Funeral Home and Arizona Cremation handled arrangements.A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. February 4, 2006 at Saint Therese Church, 271 N. Farnsworth, Aurora.
