"Robert Page and Lucy Warde were married in Saint Marys the parish church of South Walsham, Norfolk, England."

"Robert PAGE, ae 33 and Lucy, ae 30 passed exam. April 11, 1637 to go to New England. Settled at Salem. Removed to Hampton; proprietor June 1640; selectman, deputy, deacon and yeoman. Will dated 9 Sept 1679, probate 29 Nov 1679."

They sailed on the ship "ROSE" and arrived in Boston on 08 June 1637.

The Robert PAGE family lived in Salem, Essex, MA from 1637 to 1639, after which they lived at Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire. Robert was to inherit the Page homestead in Acle, Norfolk, England after his mothers death.

In 1639 where he was a selectman for six years. He represented the town in the General Court of Massachusetts for two years and was at one time marshal of the old county of Norfolk. He built a sawmill on Taylor's River in 1656. He served on several town committees and was one of the deacons of the church.
