William Albert Gallatin is the son of Abraham Gallatin (b. 1760 Germany d. 12/7/1836 in Fayette Co. PA) and Susannah Dixon (b. 1780 in Fayette Co. Pa and d. 1861 in Fayette Co. PA). He married Susan Hoover (b. 1821 PA and d. 3/11/1898 in PA). They are the parents of 10 children: Ann M 1839-?, Nancy 11/27/1840-?, Mary 1842-?, Sarah 1848-?, Albert 1851-1922, John Calvin 8/2/1852-7/21/1923 (16019132), William A 1853-1925, Lawrence 1859-?, George Ira 1/30/1862-11/20/1920 and Mary E 1865-?.

Gravesite Details
HS is still upright and in fair condition on the two visits that Dan & Marc Robinson made to it in 2011. It is located on the LS along the rear fence on this isolated, overgrown, hilltop cemetery.
