Thomas was the son of Charles Chester & Marie (Morgenstern) Felton and brother to Donald Charles Felton. He was born in Buffalo,NY. He married Dorothy Jane (Doyle) on May 1, 1942 and they had two childen named John "Jack" Thomas and Susann Dee. He passed away of a massive heart attack and his ashes were spread in the Rocky Mountains.
