Hobe Albright, 73, of Land O'Lakes, Fl., formerly of 6021 N. Imperial Drive, died at 11:42 a.m. Monday, Nov. 13, 1995,
at his home.
He was born April 6, 1922 in Rossville to John Maurice and Blanche Hollowell Albright. He married Polly Liston on Aug. 4, 1951 in Elmhurst. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Jane) Miller of Princeville and Mrs. Garry (Sue) Gutgesell of Lutz, Fl.; one son, J. Marc of Laguna Niguel, California; four grandchildren and one brother, Donald M. of Nashville, Tennessee.
A World War II Air Force veteran, he was a P47 fighter pilot in the European Theater. He completed 88 combat missions by August 1945. He was awarded The Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with 12 oak leaf clusters.
