FORT PLAIN - Mrs Reba Stafford Monk, 80, of Troy, a former Fort Plain resident, died yesterday at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, after a long illness. Born in Danube, Mrs, Monk was a licensed practical nurse living in Rochester for several years. She moved to Fort Plain 15 years ago and worked in area nursing homes, retiring six years ago and moved to Troy two years ago. She was the widow of William Monk. Survivors are a niece, Miss Claudia Monk of Troy; four nephews including Robert Sanders of Fort Plain and several great nieces and nephews.
