Edith M. Frazier, 75, of Canon City, a former Colorado Springs resident, died Thursday at a health care center in Canon City. She was a homemaker.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Wilson Almont Funeral Home, 1449 S. Ninth St., Canon City, with the Rev. Roger Hupp officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery .
Mrs. Frazier was born Sept. 28, 1915, in Colorado City to Leprolet and Mary Ellen (Winchell) Swayze.
She was raised and educated in Colorado Springs. Mrs. Frazier had resided in Canon City for 36 years, was active with the Golden Age Center and had held offices in the Harmony Rebekah Lodge 96. She also was an aide at the International Order of Oddfellows and later at Hildebrand Care Center, Canon City.
Her husband, Joseph W. Frazier, died in 1956.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by three daughters, Mary M. Myers of Warren, Mich., Carolyn L. Tecklenburg of Pueblo and Luana Indelicato of St. Louis; a sister, Celia M. Frerichs Langenheim; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She had two brothers, Fred and William Hickox, who died before her.
