Yet according to the 1870 census, she is age 4 and living at Sugar Notch Borough, brother Tom born in PA., is age 1, and her Uncle John is 36. This changes her date and age of arrival, it is either 1870 or earlier.

Mrs. Bridget Brown Dies
Mrs. Bridget Brown, age 50, wife of Captain of City Detective Michael Brown, die date there home, 344 Hazle St., yesterday morning of complications.
Mrs. Brown had been failing for some time but her condition was not thought serious and she was stricken as she was dressing yesterday morning.
Mrs. Brown was a life-long resident of this city and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Garvin.
She was a member of St. Mary's Church and was active in church work.
Besides her husband she is survived by three children, Edmund, Francis and Leo; also by the following brothers and sisters: Patrick Garvin of Bellerton; James Garvin, Mrs. Adam Gabel and Mrs. John Gallagher of this city and Sister Mary Edmund, in a convent at Newport News, Virginia.
The funeral will be held from the family home Saturday morning at 9 o'clock.
A High mass of requiem will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church at 9:30 and burial will be in St Mary's Cemetery at Hanover.''
