Wilma Gene (Goettman) Arnaiz age 74 of Oxnard passed away Saturday Feb. 14 1998 at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
Mrs. Arnaiz was born May 17 1923 in Rochester Pa. and had been a county resident for 30 years coming form Compton Calif. Gene was employed as a comptometer operator for several years. She was a past member of Mitz Khan a Khan chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and past member of the 17th Century Colonial Dames.
She is survived by her husband Rudolph Arnaiz; daughter Carol Bloom; grandsons John and Ronald Jessa; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by father James R. Goettman; mother Wilma H. Goettman; sister Ruth I. (Goettman) Pyle and brother James R. Goettman Jr.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday Feb. 19 at Conrad-Carroll Mortuary. Graveside services will be private.
Arrangements are under the direction of Conrad-Carroll Mortuary.
