A life long resident of the Lafayette, Indiana area. She was a 1954 graduate of Monitor High School and attending Indiana Business College.
She was employed at Kirby Risk from 1983 until retiring in 2000. Before that, she was employed at Purdue University in data entry from 1957 to 1969. Worrell Propane from 1969 to 1972 and Scott Farm Foods from 1973 to 1982, as a night supervisor and computer operator.
She was a member of St. Paul Community Church in Linden and a volunteer to Cargivers Companion.
She loved her dogs.Her hobbies was crocheting and she enjoyed book clubs.
Surviving is a sister, Ruby Green of Oakland City and a neice, Doris Miller of Petersburg, Indiana.
