Curtis Jr. and grandson Fred P. Stallings Jr. Ruth had lived in Jacksonville most of her life. She surrounded herself by her family. Survivors include a son Frank J. Horton (Carol); daughter Barbara G. Stallings (Fred); brother Robert L. Harrell (Darlene); 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren
