Thomas Craft's (Artillery) regt; returned for advanded pay, sworn to Suffolk Co., Nov 30, 1776. regiment stationed at Boston; also, same co. and regt, service from Feb 1, to date of discharge, May 8 (year not given, probably 1777) 3 mos, 7 days; roll sworn at Boston, also, private, captain Josiah White's co., Liutenant Colonel Benjamin Flagg's division, Col. Samuel Denny's (Worcester Co.) regt., marched Aug 21, 1777; discharge Aug 23, 1777; service 5 days including 2 days (40 miles) travel home, company marched to Hadley on an alarm at the Northward; also, Capt David Prouty's co., Maj. Asa Baldwin's division, Col. Denny's Co., Regt marched Sept 27, 1777, discharged Oct 8, 1777; service 1 mo, including 8 days (157 miles) travel home; company marched to reinforce Northern Army.

Tucker, Ezekiel. Private, Capt Morgans Co., Enlisted Dec 27, 1777; discharged July 1, 1778, service 6 mos, 4 days; company detached from militia of Hampshire and Worcester County to guard stores and magazines at Brookfield and Springfield.

NOTE TO READERS: I have listed his burial at the old cemetery in Spencer, Ma behind the congregational church. The original cemetery records were burned in a fire at the church many years ago. However, that is the most likely burial ground for the time also his son is buried there. Many of the original gravestones do not exist.
