FYI: Announced on WCAX Feb 17, 2023 that the case fianlly was solved with DNA. And they reported the person that did it is deceased. A full report will be issued on Feb 21st, (Tuesday).
Rita was age 24 yrs. The daughter of Thomas and Mary Curran, she was murdered in Burlington on 17 Brooks Avenue, she was a teacher in Milton elementary School.
She was survived by her parents and her sister Mary and brother Thomas Curran.
