NOBLE TOWNSHIP RESIDENT DIED TODAY
CHARLES S. WRIGHT PASSED AWAY AT HOME
IN ST. PAUL WELL KNOWN RESIDENT

From Thursday's Daily Charles S. Wright, a prominent citizen of south Shelby county, died at his home in St. Paul, Shelby county, at 1:15 o'clock this morning, of a complication of diseases, aged fifty-seven years and twelve days. He was the son of the late John Wright and Anna Wright and was born in Noble township Nov. 30, 1861.

The deceased was united in marriage to Miss Leonora Floyd, Jan, 8, 1881, and four children were born to this union, two of whom survive with the widow. The children surviving are John T. Wright and Mrs. Artie McKnight, both of Noble township. The other children, Frances Pearl and Claudius E., died in September 1892, and October 30, 1918, respectively. He also leaves his aged mother, Mrs. Anna Wright, of St. Paul, and five sisters and brothers, who are, namely, W.W. Wright and George C. Wright, of Noble township; Thomas G. Wright, of Long Beach, Cal.; Mrs. Elmore Manlief, of Rush county, and Mrs. John L. Cuskadon, of St. Paul. Also, two grandchildren, Pauline and Sherman Wright, children of the late Ebert Wright.

Mr. Wright was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America at Sulphur Hill and also of the St. Paul M.E. Church. He had lived in St. Paul since Oct. 1 but up to that time was a life-long resident of Noble township. He was a prominent and highly respected man of the community, without an enemy in the county.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Stewart & Fix, undertakers in charge.
