Mrs. Elsie F. Phillips, 67, of Kensington, died Sunday at her home following a long illness.
Born at Knoxville, she was a daughter of the late Milton C. and Lillie Norris Fink.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Eugene D. Dixon, Kensington; two grandchildren, David E. and Nancy E. Dixon, both of Kensington; brothers and sisters, Clara Fink, John Fink, Ernest Fink, Walter Fink, and Maynard Fink.
Memorial services will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. at St. Paul's Methodist Church, Fawcett and Mitchell streets, Kensington.
