Married Verlin Lee "Bud" Bantz on September 5, 1948 at the First Christian Church in Hartford City. Bud precedes her in death on June 3, 2005.
Worked at Hartley's Jewelry for many years. In her early years J'Neane had worked at Radio Shack, Marsh, TG&Y, and Standard Grocery.
Member of Calvary Christian the Lighthouse Church and a member of Cancer Society Support Group. She was very active in her community and her church.

1 son Gregory "Greg" E. (wife, Sharon K.) Bantz of Hartford City;
1 daughter, Rinda M. Towne of Hartford City;
6 grandchildren, Jennifer E. McKinley, Amber N. Snider, Gregory E. Bantz Jr., Ryan H. Towne, Scott Adney and Lisa Emrick;
11 great-grandchildren.
